L-R: Rose McLaughlin Major, Buster Major (as Michael, obviously), Lola Major (Kane Cullen), Billy Major (as Sean, not Sonny) and John W. Major in the title role. And, yes, I'm sure that slim-faced city slicker, second from the left, really is Buster, though I can't place the year or the occasion. But those ears don't lie. And where did that hat come from?

Top and bottom photos were made recently from old family negatives that traveled from Solvay to Rhode Island to South Carolina. I don't recall seeing prints of either picture previously. The photo in the middle was taken several years ago at Cynthia Bowen's horse farm in Coventry, RI. Apologies to Meridith for the special effects. However, the role called for it.
